2pm: In celebration of the exhibition opening, Beyond Baroque will also host a reading in the Wanda Coleman Theater featuring X co-lead singer and poet Exene Cervenka, with S.A. Griffin, Brendan Constantine, Chris Morris, Iris Berry, and mike m mollet. Music Journalist Chris Morris will read from his introduction to Perceval Press’ 2025 publication of Michael’s book X: On the Road & at the Crossroads 1980-2024. The reading will be emceed by Henry Mortensen.

Exene Cervenka’s provocative collages, which have garnered high praise in recent New York and Los Angeles gallery shows, are accompanied in this volume by a preface from Kristine McKenna.
